1. Service

Gurki Studio ("the app") is a personal creator tool that generates short videos and publishes them to the TikTok account of the user who authorised it, using TikTok's official APIs.

2. Eligibility and use

The app is operated for the owner of the TikTok account @glitchygalleries. You may only connect a TikTok account that you own. You must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Content

All published videos are original content created with AI tools and are labelled as AI-generated. The account owner is responsible for everything published to their account.

4. Revoking access

You can disconnect the app at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services (Manage app permissions).

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version.
